Honor Partners With Go Pro video editing app for upcoming Honor 8 Pro Smartphone 

Huawei's brand, Honor on Tuesday announced their partnership with Go Pro video editing app for Honor 8 Pro smartphone. Honor 8 Pro which was launched in April for selected countries such as UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy and Switzerland for 549 Euros (Appox Rs 38,000) is expected to arrive at Indian shores very soon possible in the Month of July. GoPro allows to capture of unique, immersive and hands-free Images/Videos etc that are otherwise difficult to get with a smartphone or would put the phone and its user at risk. This app will pick the pictures and videos within a new feature called "Highlights" within the gallery app on Honor 8 Pro.
This Quik video editing app generates a video synchronized to the beat of the selected music. Further this app will allow you to customize your image and video with additional filters, transitions and effects. Users can easily transfer photos and videos from the GoPro camera to the Honor device’s photo gallery for inclusion in video edits made with the Quik app.

Honor 8 Pro Specification 

As the name suggests, the Honor 8 Pro is an upgraded version of the Honor 8 and  comes with better specifications in terms of battery, RAM and OS.

The Honor 8 Pro features dual 12MP + 12MP camera on rear side and 8MP camera on front side with 77 degree wider angle for better group selfie. With in dual camera setup one sensor captures in RGB, the other captures details in monochrome, just like the camera system on the Honor 8. The rear camera setup with f/2.2 aperture further includes laser auto-focus, LED flash, and is capable of 4K video recording. Up front, there is an 8-megapixel selfies camera with f/2.0 aperture.

The Honor 8 Pro sports 5.7-inch QHD (1440×2560 pixels) LTPS LCD display with with Gorilla Glass 3 protection on the top. Under the hood, it is powered by Huawei’s own Kirin 960 octa-core processor coupled with either 4GB or 6GB of RAM and provide 4000mAH of Battery Life.

Coming to software part, it runs on Android 7.0 Nougat with EMUI 5.1 OS along with pre-loaded GoPro’s Quik mobile video editing app. Connectivity options include dual-SIM support, rear fingerprint sensor, NFC, USB, 4G LTE support, and Bluetooth.
